Recipe: Collagen & Hazelnut Ganache Slice
Base:
1 ⅔ cups ground hazelnuts
⅓ cup Baeli Collagen
½ cup hazelnut or almond butter
⅓ cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp fine salt
Topping:
½ cup roasted hazelnuts*
100g 85% dark chocolate
⅓ cup hazelnut / almond butter
Optional: 1 tbsp collagen
Method:
Step One: Line a 20cm x 15cm container or baking tin with unbleached baking paper.
Step Two: Mix all of the base ingredients until combined. Press evenly into the container.
Step Three: Melt the chocolate and stir in the remaining topping ingredients. Pour over the base, sprinkle with sea salt.
Step Four: Refrigerate until set, then slice, serve, and enjoy!
Tip: Roast hazelnuts at 170°C until golden and fragrant.
