Ingredients
Base:
2 cups walnuts or pecans
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp cacao powder
¼ cup Baeli Pure Collagen Powder
½ cup coconut flour
12–14 pitted Medjool dates
¼ cup pure maple syrup½ tsp vanilla extract

Ganache:
½ cup coconut oil
3 tbsp cacao powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup pure maple syrup
2 tbsp almond butter

Method
Step One: Line your preferred baking dish or mould.

Step Two: Add walnuts, coconut flour, cacao, collagen, and salt to a food processor. Blend until a rough flour forms — some small nut pieces are ideal.

Step Three: Add the pitted dates, maple syrup, and vanilla. Blend until a moist mixture forms. (Tip: if it’s too sticky, add 1 tbsp coconut flour. If it’s too dry, add another date.)

Step Four: Firmly press the mixture into your lined dish to create the brownie base.

Step Five: Gently melt the coconut oil on the stovetop and let it cool slightly. Whisk together with the remaining ganache ingredients until smooth. Pour over the brownie base.

Step Six: Transfer to the fridge until semi-set. Add any toppings you love, then return to the fridge until fully set.
