Ingredients
8–10 pitted medjool dates
½ cup pistachios
½ cup pepitas
½ cup shredded coconut
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp Baeli Collagen
Pinch of salt
½ tsp matcha
½ tsp vanilla extract
Method
Step One: Using a food processor, blitz all dry ingredients together until well combined.
Step Two: Add dates, vanilla extract, and coconut oil. Blitz again until mixture sticks together. Don’t be afraid to over-blitz.
Step Three: Roll mixture into small balls and place in the fridge to set. Enjoy.
Optional: Roll in coconut, hemp seeds, or drizzle with white chocolate to get creative.
