Ingredients:

Wet ingredients
1 egg
3 tbs honey
1/2 cup coconut sugar
6 tbs ghee

Dry ingredients
2 2/3 cups almond flour
2 tbs Baeli Collagen powder
2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
Good pinch of Himalayan salt

Method:

Step one: Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Step two: In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix until evenly incorporated.

Step three: Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and gently mix until a soft dough forms.

Step four: Roll the dough into 16 evenly sized balls and place them onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Step five: Press each ball down slightly with a fork to flatten.

Step six: Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly golden, making sure not to over bake, as this can be easily done.

Step seven: Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
