Ingredients
3 tbsp filtered water
1 tbsp Baeli Gelatin (bloomed in the water)
3/4 cup freshly brewed Baeli coffee (plunger/French press works beautifully)
1 tsp MCT oil (optional, for an extra brain boost)
1/2 tbsp butter or ghee
Method
Step one. In a glass, add gelatin to 3 tbsp of filtered water. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to ‘bloom’ and thicken.
Step Two. Pour the bloomed gelatin into a blender with your hot coffee, oil, and butter (or ghee/coconut oil).
Step Three. Blitz for about 30 seconds, until creamy, frothy, and smooth.
Step Four: Pour into your favourite mug and sip slowly.
